Am I the only one that think Gluten free tastes worse?

There was another thread on the forum but everyone says they are exactly the same in terms of taste. I really think that the gluten free vanilla is a lot thicker and has a more unbearable taste compared to original vanilla. I know they are exactly the same ingredients wise, anyone felt the same though? You might know why is this?

I now have three bags of gluten free vanilla and the only way I can make it a little bit more bearable is to add a lot of flavouring from the flavour pouches.
