On launching v2.0, huel used methycobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin as vitamin B12 source and then you switched back to cyanocobalamin.
could someone explain which one is a better source of b12, as far as I know methycobalamin is more efficient than cyanocobalamin and stay for longer in the body however cyanocobalamin has to be converted to methycobalamin by the liver (heavy smoker for instance are not good in that conversion).
