Just wondered if any BF mamas have used this and how have you got on?
Bumping this post as I’m curious. Oats encourage milk supply so all good on that front although I’m.struggling on knowing how many extra calories I need to make a gradual loss. Apparently you burn between 200-500cals. Can anyone out there shed some light on this please?

Hi - I’m exclusively breastfeeding my 13 week old. I started using Huel as I just wasn’t able to consume enough calories in the day without turning to junk food. Is there anything specific you’d like to know?
Regarding energy output - I don’t know exactly how much energy breastfeeding burns, I suppose like anything it depends on the person. But I am moderately active, I have one, 3 scoop Huel meal a day, and eat normally for the rest of the day, and I am currently losing 1-2lb a week.
