I am about to set up my subscription but for some reason the Checkout page is not accepting my Huel account credentials… Are these the same ones that we log in with to the main website? (not the forum)
I just get an error of “your email or password is not correct”
I am sure on my first order i used my Huel website credentials!
I’ve sent you a password reset email. You’ve definitely got an account but to start a new subscription you don’t actually need to log in, just make a subscription purchase using the same email at checkout and it will all sync up.

I know the password for my Huel account, so I’ll ignore the reset email!
