@ rikefrejut: What is your BMI? Has this kind of lifestyle helped to stay “in shake”?
I’ve tried full “self sustainability” but i find after the third or fourth “cycle” i start to get really sick and have to introduce new nutrients to my system (preferabblyt huel!!!)
I’m interested to hear when you’re in a full ‘self-sustainability’ cycle, what foods are you consuming?
