Not impressed with today’s article in Wired.

Many nutritionists have criticisms over Huel being healthy, are they wrong?

1). Thoughts from one nutricianist 2). Thoughts of another nutricianist There seem to be many nutricianists claiming that Huel is more of a replacement for junk food but otherwise not much better than it. They do not recommend drinking it for more then maybe one meal maybe three times a week at most. However you premote huel as a whole food that you could live on and get everything you need.
