Huel bars for lunch


Can anyone tell me have effective the Huel bars are at keeping hunger at bay? Could I manage one of those for lunch with say a piece of fruit and a yoghurt assuming I was only lightly active?

This is enormously subjective. Someone who requires 3000 calories a day wouldn’t be satiated by one bar at all. Someone on 1500 probably would.

Depends entirely on what you’re used to consuming for lunch.


A Huel bar sorts out my hunger for quite a while without any additions. I’d say try it and see how it is for you.
