Wondering how the body reacts to Huel only intake ,will it all be digested and passed as urine or will and should bowel movements continue as normal?
Just wondering as its only liquid surely as its broke down bowel movements will be a lot less.this is what has happened with me over the last fortnight of Huel only and i would consider it normal on liquid only.
Liquid / solid only really matters to your jaw and your stomach. Once your stomach acids get to work your body breaks it down into nutrition regardless of the format. Liquids will digest quicker of course, but it’s unlikely you’ll see any significant change unless the nutritional balance of your diet alters considerably.
