Huel Sainsbury's?

I also like the mushroom flavour Feed has (the spicy tomato is great too, wish Huel would do a couple of savoury flavours…) Agreed the green “sports” one is pretty grim though

By contrast I tried their bars but found them ludicrously sweet, almost inedible.

I kept forgetting to look in the to go section, but last week I saw it in the chilled section by the milk. Picked up a chocolate to try. It’s nice enough, definitely better than vanilla (I really struggled to drink that), but think I’ll be sticking to the powder.

Hoping they stock the Berry soon - by far my favourite!

Berry is by far the most awesome :sunglasses::drooling_face::yum::heart_eyes:
Chocolate is nice but not on the same scale as awesomeness as Berry!
Vanilla is yuk. But I’m really not a fan of vanilla anything so it’s not surprising I don’t like it.

I found Chocolate RTD today in our local Sainsbury’s in Falmouth. I might try it tomorrow…It was at the back by the milk.

I don’t often shop in my local Sainsbury. This is because I prefer to order online from another supermarket. The large Sainsbury store is about 10miles/15 mins drive from my house. However visiting the retail park nearby I visited Sainsbury to seek out Huel RTD. I was unimpeded in my search fining chocolate and vanilla in the Milks isle.

I can however purchase Huel RTD and bars individually with Ocado. Any plans to expand to Waitrose?

Wow! They kept that quiet!!!
I had no idea. I get ocado deliveries regularly but have never seen Huel. I just checked online and yep - all RTDs and all bars. That’s really awesome!

Yes indeed it is. But I think M&S will start a partnership in 2020. So this in theory expands the Huel pathways to M&S, Waitrose and maybe even Argos.

I really hope it appears in M&S because that would hopefully make it available at many motorway service stations, airports and hospitals. Massive thumbs up on that from me

Totally agree. For ‘food on the go’ Huel sold at petrol stations would be perfect

Argos would be good because we have one IN our local Sainsbury’s…

Yes Sainsburys are the parent company to Argos. Argos were selling whey proteins and the like before the Sainsburys take over. Unfortunately not I don’t shop in many of these supermarket or shops. If buying Huel I tend to get by the case. In September I’ll be back to 55 to 60 hour weeks so it’s better to keep a case in my office.

I’ve tried chocolate and vanilla now at Sainsburys. I would say I prefer vanilla. The Sainsbury’s near me that sells it isn’t a big one but it next to a university so maybe it put huel there to attract students.

I love vanilla RTD. Then chocolate then berry. All 3 are nice though.

Berry is the best RTD.

Berry is the best RTD

Sorry if it’s answered elsewhere but @Tim_Huel how comes there’s other powder rivals for sale in supermarkets but no Huel powder?

For now, we’ve opted to just stock our grab ‘n’ go products in supermarkets right now mainly for convenience reasons, but never say never for the future!

Thanks. Surprised they aren’t pushing it more.

Out of curiosity, is there a particular reason why you’d prefer to purchase in a supermarket rather than online?

Due to the nature of selling in retail, we’d have to opt for a higher price for Powder if we chose to stock it in supermarkets. Using RTD as an example, the RRP is £3.50 whereas online it’s £2.51 per bottle when ordering two boxes.

Just curious and I’m happy to pass feedback onto the wider team!

Really? Which ones.

@Cam_Huel I’d like to see bars return to my local Sainsburys, and the full spread of RTD flavours mostly for the convenience.

Also Granola would be lovely to see on the cereal aisle :skull_and_crossbones:

I don’t think Powders would work in mainstream retail, but there’s a few gym supplement shops near me that I bet Black/Protein would do really well in.
