I have been using Huel since Jan and wanted to ask about iron content and vitamin C. I have high levels of Ferritin and am concerned about continuing. Is there a no iron variant ? Is there level of iron variable ?
HI there isnt a non iron version as the iron in Huel is naturally occurring from the main ingredients - there’s a guide article about it here.
