Hi

I was looking at the nutritional values of Unflavoured Unsweetened V2.3 but the values don’t add up to 100g on the label

Why don’t the amounts of protein , fat and carbs etc add up to 100g for a 100 gram serving?

Because there are also other ingredients: the vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients (and in Vanilla there is also added sucralose and natural flavourings).
