confession—i did still overeat yesterday, BUT i’m drawing a line and making the decision to win the day again with another lunch Huel!

it might not seem big, but for now, i’m proud that i made sure to prep my Huel to bring it to classes and campus today. i’m thankful for Huel, especially in times like this when it gets difficult to cook meals when feeling depressed.

successful nutritious meals, little wins, consistency and baby steps, i tell myself :blush:

LUNCH HUEL LETS GO!

  • (1.18pm) Lunch Huel down, drank it with friends in between class and this time it took me like an hour to sip and enjoy. felt kinda self conscious drinking Huel while they got sandwiches but ehhh. no comments or word looks surprisingly! i really liked that i was able to be more present with friends and concentrating on the conversation instead of being distracted by food, yet still be able to get my nutrients in for cheap!
  • other thoughts: i’ve forgotten how satiating Huel is—dang it’s almost too filling! the satiation per calorie is honestly insane, i like how my body just doesn’t crave more food (biologically) after.
  • i tried my new bag of mint Huel for the first time! was actually yummy and i enjoyed it
  • i do kinda like chewing though, so my brain is going to the protein bar in my bag. maybe i can try baking something with Huel?
  • (3+pm) not hungry, but i find myself craving something salty/savoury
