I had a peek.
Just tried the Korean BBQ, itās really nice. Good flavours and the right amount of sweetness. Itās on par with Katsu Curry as my favourite.
Firstālong time not posting and so happy to see pots! Also happy to see the mustard warnings as it is a spice I can only take in small amounts.
Unfortunately ginger is also a spice I can only take in small amounts, so I passed on the Korean pot for now. Can anyone here give me a sense of how much ginger is in there? A little bit will just be hot to me, but a lot can burn my guts. (Same question for the Hoisin D*ck).
As for suggestionsāhow about pho? Vietnamese noodles are rice-based (as are some Korean dishes, like japchae), and pho is a nice savory, salty flavor. Some days I eat udon with shaved pork (I am not vegan) and that is a flavor I would enjoy too. And then thereās beef and seaweed soupā¦did I mention I havenāt had breakfast yet?
