I’m on a vegan diet and I barely consume any omega 3, I’ve just started having a 90g ‘huel black’ meal as a substitute for my breakfast. My question is: Does one huel meal provide enough omega 3 for a whole day?

Hi Scott, Huel is nutritionally complete at 2000kcal so the simply answer is no.
If you’re worried about your omega-3 intake you could try supplementing with vegan algal oils that contain EPA and DHA omega-3 fats.
