Hi, just finished of my first bag of Huel & I have to say I’m impressed. I’m taking 114g twice a day breakfast & lunch & normal evening meal around 600-700 cal. Seems to keep me full, no snacking or toilet issues & has really helped reduce the sugar content in my diet. Tends to be a bit lumpy when mixed in the shaker but no big deal, tastes good too. I’ve got a promixx2.0 & 3 scoops + 500ml just about fits into it, this really gets Huel smooth & gets rid of lumps. Overall very happy with this product

Thank you so much Steve! That is great to hear. Sorry that you are getting lumps. Try this technique:

Taste is very subjective, but as you can imagine I’ve consumed a lot of Huel and this is my favourite way and it tastes really good…

400ml cold water

  • 3 scoops of Huel
  • three ice cubes (optional)
  • a teaspoon of coffee granules (optional)
  • blend or use a shaker
  • top up via the spout with another 100ml of water and re-shake

If you leave in the fridge over night it can help with any lumps. If the worst comes to the worst, just keep in the plastic strainer and you won’t have to eat any lumps.
