Plant-based milks

We know some of you love to have Huel with something other than water so we have written a guide on plant-based milks to help you out!

Thanks, Dan, this is cool. I haven’t tried most of those, I should broaden my horizons a bit.

If anyone is interested in the environmental side, Oxford Uni did a study of the most popular plant-based milks, and compared them to dairy. TL;DR by volume, almond produces the lowest emissions, rice requires the least land, and soy the least water. All of them have much lower impact than dairy.

I love that article from the BBC, thanks for sharing David. They actually use the same reference we do to get those figures: https://science.sciencemag.org/content/archive/360/6392/987/1?versioned=true

Also this article about water footprint research. It takes 21 litres of water to produce a small chocolate bar. How water-wise is your diet?
