I completely hear you and understand that you are not a fan of the lids. This has been covered quite a few times (Here is one of the occasions its been mentioned - Problem with lids on RTD)
To summarise and give you a reason why, The lids are now attached to adhere to new EU regulations. From July 2024 onwards, plastic caps on all beverage bottles of 3 litres or less must remain attached to the bottle after opening.
Being a global company with our Ready To Drink produced in the EU, we’ve had to make this change and have already started our new production with the new attached caps.
I’m sorry about your shirt, its the last thing we want for our customers to be experiencing so I will pass on your feedback. I’m not sure how easy it would be to change it but There could be a slicker way that just hasn’t been discovered yet
