I’m not fond of the chocolate RTD, but I get it in selection boxes. I’m thinking I could use it in baking or something, but don’t see any recipes using RTD. I’ve tried it on my overnight oats /porridge but it doesn’t suit my Scottish palate. Chocolate ice-lollies were firmly rejected by the six-year-old. Any ideas?
RTD’s do make great ice cream though and/or you could use it as a base to make some chocolate mousse.
