Are the Huel pouches recyclable at all? What exactly is the package made out of?
Hi @Anthony_Schofield - sadly not. Huel pouches are made of a composite material. Plastic on the outside for strength, waterproof, etc. and foil on the inside to protect the micro nutrients from degradation. The good news is that the pouches provide a 12 months shelf life and also produce a small amount of waste. If you lived off Huel you would only produce 104 pouches of waste per year, which would take up a small amount of space, less than a 1/4 of wheelie bin.
