I used a refer a friend discount code on a new subscription order last night and it worked fine. What I did find though is if you use the “copy” button on the referral code page and then paste it into the discount box on the order screen it doesn’t work. I had to highlight the referral code myself, copy and then paste it into the box on the order screen.
What sort of referral code are you using? If someone is referring you for a first time order but you have ordered before then it won’t work. Discount codes will work on subs, so something isn’t quite right here.
