I’ve got a referral code off a friend but when I’m entering it in the checkout page I’m getting ‘please enter a valid discount code’ error flash up.
I’ve triple checked the code with my friend, tried on multiple devices, and I don’t know why it won’t work. I’m above the £60 minimum spend for sure but I’m flummoxed.
Are you a new Huel customer?
Do both you and your friend purchase Huel products in the same currency (e.g. GBP; EUR) ?
Heya, yeah I’ve never bought anything from Huel before at all, and we’re both UK based and using the UK store.
