What rough quantity of stevia/steviol glycosides (i.e milligrams) is present in the RTDs? I am asking because at very high doses long term there is concern for toxicity. I drink about three RTDs a day on top of my regular meals and want to know if I need to limit this.
The acceptable upper limit per day is 4mg/kg - which in a 70kg man is 280mg so all I’d like to know if that mg of stevia is less than this in three RTDs. I don’t want any exact numbers as I know it is a trade secret.
