Website not working

I’ve been trying for two days now to access on chrome, firefox and mobile browsers, and I get the page loading as an unformatted mess (making it unusable for ordering) or not at all. Tefreshing my memory cache hasn’t helped, the problem exists on other devices too.

I really need to order more soon before I run out, has this been reported before? Could somebody check what’s going on and fix this?

I’m browsing from Belgium, Leuven, on a college network, does the website possibly block IPs with lots of traffic?

Very strange.

Traffic and orders are normal. Nor have I received any other reports.

So I think the problem must be at your end. Have you tried on your mobile or a different connection.

If you still can’t get through let me know.
