A little feedback from a 1st timer

Hi,

My first time using Huel, have been on it for approx 25 days - total Huel on Tuesday & Thurs, and Huel plus evening meal the rest of the week. I exercise 5 times a week which is just walking @ 5km/hr on a treadmill for 1hr per day, sometimes 2 at weekends if i feel energetic and time allows!!

I started at 209.2lbs and as of yesterday I am 198.8lbs. over 10lb weight loss!! I don’t go hungry and am feeling good about myself!!

My goal is to lose another 16lb and take it from there!! Fingers crossed!!!
