Account access

Hi hope you can help
I jointed the Huel revolution in November 2017.
And I was just going to add some flavors and change to the new vanilla.
But according to the website I dont have an account.
Even though for 3 months I have received my order without issue.
I do have a forum login and username that works.
I do receive emails with invoice and delivery notice.
I can not ask for a new password as it does not recognize my email.
I need help to get my account working with my email

Sounds like you’re in the US site. Need uk.huel.com iirc

AFAIK Huel does not automatically create an account when you take out a subscription. Meaning while you have an active subscription you do not actually have an account. If you go to the Huel main page and create an account using the same email address where your invoices are sent it should match the two and then show your subscription on your account allowing you to edit it.

Coup thanks as you said, I had a subscription but no account.
Now sorted and yes it did link to my subscription.
