Having to watch what I eat and for the first time I need to accurately track macros.
Main Huel shake I love is choc or vanilla, loaded with coffee granules, spinach, kale, small nana and few berries.
How do i figure out what I’ve necked in terms of carbs and protein?

the others you’ll have to weigh how much you put in and look it up online, there are plenty of nutritional calculators online
