Advice on taking huel for fitness training/low carb

I’ve just joined and purchased my first batch of huel :+1: I’m fitness training long term and replacing my meals for huel for breakfast and lunch . My carbs need to stay under 60 grams for the whole day. How can I adjust this ? Thanks guys :grinning:

You would do better to go with one Huel meal, one keto meal replacement (perhaps). 2 Huel meals will put you very close to the limit (although the hacks certainly help).
