It’s often said that certain minerals should not be taken alongside others due to impeding the absorption of one or the other. Antagonists are those that impede the absorption of other minerals whilst synergists enhance the absorption.

Does the Nutritional label on Huel products account for this antagonism? The Copper per 2000kcal of standard Huel (1.3mg) is pushing concerningly close to the RDA of 1.2mg (Scientific Opinion on Dietary Reference Values for copper), whether that’s after having accounted for reduced absorption by antagonists I don’t know
