Hi

French nutrition blogger Venesson has made kind of a review of huel and others

He says the big problem of huel is it contains a lot of anti-nutriments

Is this true and is this a problem?

Huel does contain some antinutrients - this is correct. However, we’ve already addressed this in our articles and demonstrated that it is not an issue:
