Hi, I recently received a large shipment of Huel and it doesn’t fit into my home so I had to place it in the cellar but my cellar is below 0C and humid. The Huel bags are unopened so nothing should happen to them, right?
although its not ideal conditions, technically the layer composition of the multi layer bags should keep out the humidity and high fibre flours can be frozen for up to a year usually. when you come to using a stored bag you should let it return to room temperature gradually over a couple of days before opening. Maybe consider keeping the chilled bags in a large plastic drum/container as an extra barrier.
Nothing happened to them, it’s fine.
Result! thats good news.
