This is the second month in a row where multiple huel bags I have received have been split open on the sides and the contents has spilled everywhere. Is anyone having similar issues? They claim that it’s the carrier’s fault - but I find that impossible to believe given the box is completely intact. I think their quality control is slipping enormously if they’re able to send out bags with extremely obvious splits in their sides, especially given this is happening so frequently now

I’ve just had a bag arrive that’s spilling its contents, it’s on the inside corner where the bag folds in on itself.
Sent multiple messages and still no reply does anyone at Huel use WhatsApp anymore?

Interesting to find this, I’ve been a Huel user for..10 years? or so, and this is the first time I’ve had a packaging issue (as as OP). Support was great though and sent me a replacement box.
