Split bag

Hello all, my x4 original bags arrived today - one had a split down the side. I weighed it and its coming in at 1773g - 3-4g less than the others so dust amounts that may have escaped.

Anyways my Q is, will quality be affected by this exposure to air? I don’t know when this happened, I imagine during transit (although the slit is quite hidden in the bag fold so maybe staff in storage didn’t notice, that’s my main concern if it’s been sat there a while, not sure how long product is in the bag, on a shelf and then shipped).

Shall I just try it in the morning and see how it goes? I’ve eaten far more questionably safe products in my time :smiley:

I would take a photo of the split and contact customer services, they’re normally fantastic and will probably sort something out.

I had the same issue, an unsealed bag, not from shipping but a manufacturing fault in the seal, powder escaping. I sent a photo and the batch number and customer services were great as always, sorted it out right away. .

Oh this isn’t good! It’s hard to say as you never know at what stage this bag was split. We can get this all sorted for you right away.

  • Order number
  • Batch details
  • Any photos of the damage

Once we’ve got this we can get this looked into and get you some fresh pouches :blush:
