Split bag!

Hi all,
I am relatively new user of huel, having only ordered twice previously to this. My first two orders went very well, delivery is fast and smooth and the product is great. On my third order however I was devastated to find that one of the bags had arrived with a split! Some of the huel has spilt into the box and if I try to use it is continues to spill out.

Could anyone suggest what I might do about this? I am unsure what the contact email for a faulty product is.
