Eating only Huel to lose 8-10 kg in 2 months

Hi Again,

just want to share my results so far with Huel Diet 5-6 days a week over the last 3 months.

I’ve mixed Huel Powder with Huel Bars (Coffee or Cocoa Flavour).

I’ve lost 6.5 kg - 14.3 pounds (from 78 kg to 71.5 kg ) - getting closer to the target weight of 69kg .

Honestly I could have achieved more with a better control over carbs/fats consumptions in the weekends but it’s still a good result.
