I’ve seen previous posts about the RTD bottles having inulin/chicory root fibre in and therefore being unsuitable for those on Low FODMAP diets. However, has the recipe changed or am I being blind? I can’t see either listed as an ingredient so I’m wondering if they might now be FODMAP friendly?
You’re not being blind at all @piff good spot! We had a recipe change and now use corn fibre (otherwise known as soluble gluco fibre), however this is still classed as a FODMAP and so the advice for Huel RTD remains the same.
