Freezing a batch mix

Hi, new user, really impressed after my first trial week and ordered a month’s supply.

I’ve bought several meal sized food cannisters; and to save washing a cumbersome blender every day I’m intending to mix up a week’s supply, then freeze everything that won’t be consumed within 24 hours; thawing in series overnight before consumption.

My question, is there any significant nutritional (or quality) degradation of the product in doing this? (vanilla huel +water only). Be a 5 day freeze max.

Hi @aaronleebennett

That’s an interesting way of preparing Huel. If you freeze right away, there should be minimal losses of nutrition
