Frozen Huel?

Hello again. I’m just debating the idea of making a bulk amount of huel good for a couple of extra days, by freezing some of it, seen as its turns after a few days in the fridge  is it freeze-able? Has anybody tried this? Thanks!

I’ve frozen mine by accident loads of times (trying to chill it quickly, but then forget about it and leave it too long!)
It’s totally fine after being frozen.
I’ve seen recipes for Huel ice lollies on here as well so I’m not the only one who consumes it after freezing!
Nutrition-wise most food freezes well and doesn’t lose its nutritional value. No reason why Huel isn’t the same. Although some vitamins / minerals are more stable kept at room temperature. But I’d say - sure, freeze it

In what amounts would you freeze it? Wondering how long it would take to thaw

I’ve always got a couple of bottles of frozen Huel in the freezer…they are actually the Huel RTD bottles reused for powdered Huel. I reckon I generally use them between one and three weeks after freezing them. Formerly I had a couple of shakers, but a bottle is more streamlined. I guess frozen there is no real loss of nutrients…I am not an expert in the field but I’ve seen mentioned in many places over the years that frozen fruit and veg are no worse and often better nutritionally than their fresh counterparts.

Thanks guys :slightly_smiling_face:
I just need to get another bottle or two then.
And @Bee not huge amounts, just enough for a backup breakfast or two for any ‘meh’ morning days lol
