shab, so you’ve worked out your BMR, but you need to also calculate your TDEE.

You then subtract 500kcal from your TDEE to lose around 1lb/week, or 1000kcal to lose 2lb/week (or thereabouts).

Aiming for 1300 a day could be way too low if your TDEE is 2500 or above.

Hey Electro day thanks for that - I checked it out and my TFEE is around 2000 and my BMR is around 1570. I’m going to stick with 1300 calories and see how I go. There’s just so any opinions that it becomes so confusing - I hope 1300 calories with huel keeps me alive lol
