Received my H&S delivery today, I went for 2 x Tomato and Herb and 1 x Thai Green Curry.
I used to be an incredibly fussy eater, and my parents would always stress about getting healthy food into me. This fussiness followed me into twenties, and compounded with health issues (not diet related), my overall health has seriously declined. In my mid twenties I became more exploratory with food, but still limited. Textures have always been an issue for me. I’ve gained a lot of wait fro medication, and I turned to Huel to help. However, the sucralose in Huel upset me and I couldn’t tolerate it. When Huel Black came out, I was so excited and it hasn’t let me down. But it can get tedious having a shake, and sometimes I crave texture and warmth. Huel Hot & Savoury gives just that!! The tomato & herb is so creamy, and packed with flavour.
It’s so simple to make, and quick too. Its all the convenience of a pot noodle or rice pot, without nasty ingredients. I am sure this will convert more people to become Hueligans; the naysayers who don’t trust a shake based diet.
Like Huel Black, this will be a game changer for me allowing me to get complete nutrition when I am in too much pain to prepare a meal. Not only that, but some of my symptoms have improved with the addition of Huel to my diet.
It should be noted that I fast for 16-18 hours a day, and I have one normal dinner and the rest of my food is Huel.
