How do I figure out how much Huel I should be using? I never counted calories before. My weight fluctuates quite easily and I prefer being on the less heavy side because when I’m lighter it lowers my blood pressure.
I walk 2 miles a day and do yoga for about an hour a day, 30 minutes at a time. I’m 5’ 7” and I average 140-145 lbs but I’d prefer to shed maybe 10 lbs if I can still be healthy at that weight.
My Fitness Pal would be a good place to start. It allows you to enter your food and exercise and keep track of it all.
There are calculators on the web which based on your body stats will tell you how many calories to eat which is a place to start. Once you have that and are monitoring your food intake and exercise you’ll know from your weekly weigh in’s whether you need to eat less or not.
