Huel and Neurodiversity


I know many huel consumers are neurodiverse in some-way.

I have AD(H)D and huel has been a godsend to me. My general distractibility and the anxiety that comes with trying to arranged a balanced diet, choose, purchase and cook food (especially with so much choice in the modern world,) makes this extraordinarily difficult for me. Now I only have to concentrate on making one meal a day, which takes a lot of pressure off me!

It also means the ‘real’ food I do eat seems a lot more enjoyable and flavoursome.

Do any other neurodiverse people find this has helped them in some way with eating and nutrition? Does huel help compliment aspects of your neurodiversity?
