It would be interesting to see the churn rate for a product that is designed for repeat orders though.
I mean the churn rate for the forum seems quite high, there are very few posters from when I joined. Not that everyone posts and there are probably hundreds of passive subscribers.
I think there’s not much reason to stick around the forum, once you’ve got past the “how do I make it taste nicer?” phase. Long term users are either particularly interested in the product development, or really, really lonely.
