Huel Diary | 30 days living only off Huel

Good luck with everything!
Try blending your huel and keeping it in the fridge overnight - no lumps and nice thick smooth consistency. I add a small handful of frozen blueberries and it makes it taste sublime. x

@cheekymonkey Exactly what I’ve just started doing. I blended Huel the night before with some coffee and left it overnight, tasted even better the next day. Just left tommorow’s in the fridge.

Day 6
Breakfast: Chilled 100g Vanilla Huel + 1 teaspoon coffee + 350ml water
Lunch: 100g Vanilla Huel + 350ml water
Dinner: 100g Vanilla Huel + 2g Chocolate Flavour System + 350ml water + 1 teaspoon chilli powder

Enjoyed another overnight chilled Huel this morning with coffee - just like a frappuccino from a well known coffee chain. I might add some nutmeg in tommorow.

Also added another teaspoon of chilli powder with my evening Huel and it does enhance the chocolate flavour and add a bit of variety.

Really enjoying it now, I feel 10x better already after only 5 days. My bathroom experiences have been fine, no issues at all like some have experienced. Only 2 days away from a weekly weigh in, but already known and feel as though I’ve lost some weight, even if it is just water weight.

Feeling good, tried something new by blending a few blueberries in with my Huel which worked well. Looking forward to tommorow when I’ll have my first “weigh in”.

A stone in 2 weeks. Wow. How did you achieve this and keep it off

As I said, 800 calories a day.
