So, in August I weighed 16 stone 7lb.

Jumping on the scales today and I am 15 stone 7lb which is my official 1 stone loss* whoop whoop.

I am 4lb off my huel stone loss, but I am so chuffed regardless.

I think my goal by the end of July is 13 Stone. I’m going to push for it. Having a wedding to go to has really pushed me to lose weight, get fitter and feel much more positive.

I never really stuck to goals like this in the past and I used to quit the diet after week 3 or 4.

I’ve just switched to huel black addition for my next subscription and I’ll let you know what happens over the next month or so… I still have quite a lot of regular powder left for this month so we shall see when the black powder officially starts in rotation :grinning_face:

Not the weight loss I was going for this week, but I’m not too surprised with the naughty pizza and American restaurant filled weekend I had last weekend :slight_smile:

1lb per week is good. They say the faster we lose weight the more likely we are to put it back on, so a slow reduction is best. You must be feeling good! :flexed_biceps:

Thank you lovely. I just want it all gone now lmao :slight_smile: I’m impatient. That’s probably why I’ve not stuck to any diet change or lifestyle change in the past xxx

Oh boy if I could click my fingers and be at goal weight I’d be right behind you! Just think though when you’re at goal weight you’ll feel so great on what you’ve achieved! :heart_eyes:

One day later, and I have hit the 15 stone 3lb mark.

One stone lost on Huel :slight_smile:

Here’s to losing at least 3 more stone xD

New Goal: 13 Stone 7 lb by end of July xD

12 Stone 7lb by September

10 Stone by this time next year :slight_smile:

If I miss these goals, it’s ok. I just wanted something to strive for :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes sometimes you just need a break. I think it makes sense that if you’re in a calorie deficit for long enough your body starts to send panic signals. Having a little binge might be useful in reassuring your body that everything’s ok, there is actually no famine.
Then you can happily get back on the wagon. :shopping_cart:

It’s felt like a long time since I last posted… But I’m now finally down to 15 stone 1.8lb.

I stagnated for quite a while and I really didn’t understand why… Then my husband quite firmly said…Abbie when you were losing, you were exercising and you haven’t really done that over the past few weeks… Get off your backside.

He was right hahah

I was being lazy

Fair to say I walk to work and I visit the gym at least once a week now haha
