Hi all, I’m hoping someone else has had this and knows a fix.
I sent my referral code to a friend who wants to try huel and when they follow the link they get
“Something doesn’t look quite right
We weren’t able to approve this referral as it appears to fall outside our referral terms.
We know these things can sometimes be unintentional - if you think this was a mistake, just drop us a message at team@huel.com. We’ll be happy to take a look and review this for you.”
Any ideas?
Is the person in the same household?
Are they using same IP address?
Has the person ordered before?
Those issues can cause it to be invalid referral.
If not best email team@huel.com and they will advise
They tried through the same WiFi and that’s as close as it got, they’d be starting their own new account so it would be their first order
I’ve emailed the huel team but no response 
I expect they will reply to you tomorrow; they are normally in the pub all weekend…the ones that aren’t hamocking it up on holiday that is.
