I thought I would share this free e-book I found on intermittent fasting. I wanted to find out a bit more about it and this guy’s research and experiences really helped me. He’s not pro or against IF, which I really liked.
From reading it I got the following:
1 - IF can give good results in certain forms
2 - Done wrong IF can have negative effects
3 - It’s possible to get the exact same positive effects with a normal 12/12 healthy diet
4 - IF is not for me, but this information might help others!
