Logging into my account problem solved

I had a problem logging into my account. For some reason it wouldn’t accept my username and password and if I click on the forgotten password, it doesn’t accept my email address.

I just discovered what the problem is. My bookmarked page is set for the US version of the website. If I changed it to the UK website, it accepts my login details. Problem solved.

I’m sure you’re not alone! We have separate websites and stores for both delivery and currency reasons. While we do have a geotag function as shown below, some people do slip through the net. We essentially can’t force you to use a certain website so a little nudge like this is the best we can do. :blush:
