Loyalty just levelled up: Introducing Huel+ 🎉

Hey everyone,

I’m back again. This time We’re excited to let you know that Huel+, our brand-new loyalty programme, is now live! :rocket:

With Huel+, every purchase you make earns you points – and those points unlock exclusive rewards. Whether you’re just starting out or have been with us for years, this is our way of saying thank you for being part of the Huel community. It’s now available in the UK, USA, Germany, and Japan, with more regions on the way soon.

And this is just the beginning… we’ve got loads of exciting features planned to make the programme even better over time, such as more ways to earn points and more rewards to redeem. What would you like to see in the future?

You can check it out and start earning here: huel.com/pages/huel-plus

We’d love to hear what you think! Questions, feedback, or suggestions are always welcome. :flexed_biceps:

This sounds exciting. Any idea if and when this would rollout to Europe? Will the already placed orders be counted towards the points?

It certainly is very exciting!!

So this is super new for us, so we’re dropping this in phases in selected regions. The team are working super hard behind the scenes so hopefully we’ll be bringing Huel+ to you soon!

This is a new system so points won’t be backdated, unfortunately. We want to make sure it’s fair for everyone. This means that everyone has the same opportunity to build up points. If you have made a purchase in the last 30 days prior to opt-in, these will still count

Things to note:

There seem to be no downsides to joining the scheme (is that right Mark? I didn’t give permission for you to harvest my living organs did I?)
You get double points for subscription purchases
The best value voucher is £50 for 1500 points

So every £750 you spend on subs gets you a £50 voucher. It’s better than a punch in the nuts.

My suggestion is to ditch the varying point values and reduce the £10 and £20 vouchers so they’re in line with £50.

£10 for 300 points
£20 for 600 points
£50 for 1500 points

Don’t encourage us to hoard points for years. What if we get hit by a bus with a thousand points in the bank? What if we get hit by a bus because we were thinking about all the Huel points we had in the bank?

Also let us spend 12 points to add a few more layers of packing tape to our next parcel. And for 24 points we can say naughty words on the forum for 24 hours.

All good for organs, thank you. I’d consider a gall bladder if you’ve still got one?

Jokes aside, we want to reward people for spending more with us.

This is still relatively new, and we believe codes are the way to go. In the future, we could see more variations of Huel+ with new and exciting ways to spend their points.

Equally, with this being new, we welcome all these types of suggestions and any feedback.

For as long as I breathe…this will not be a rule :smiling_face_with_tear:

Nifty. Can points still be earned on a purchase when you are also using a discount code? :detective:

They most certainly can!

And does that mean the old system of-shirts and shaker that I’ve been working so hard towards won’t count? Fuck my life

Not at all!

Drop us an email to team@huel.com and if you’re close, we’ll be able to look into this for you and sort you out.

Same applies to you @MadMattTheThird

But does this mean people who don’t drop you an email will never get a gold shaker?

I’m not sure I can fit any more shakers in my kitchen cupboard.

They should have made the three loyalty shakers slightly different sizes, so we could store them inside each other like matryoshka dolls.

Just move cupboards.

Are you trying to get me divorced? One simply cannot put something in a different cupboard. What’s the matter with you man.

Get a shaker kitchen (think I’ve used that joke at least twice before).

Cheers fella, will do.

You’ve used all your jokes before. Probably time you moved on.

AYE YOU LEAVE @hunzas ALONE.

You keep cracking those jokes…as long as they are not offensive.
