Maltodextrin

Hi.

Hopefully my last question/scrutinising.

I can see that sunflower oil powder is an ingredient, and separately maltodextrin is listed as an ingredient.

Am I correct in thinking that sunflower oil powder has maltodextrin as part of it’s composition? As part of its encapsulation process to make a powder from the oil?

So technically maltodextrin is used twice in the ingredients?

Please clarify.

The carrier for the sunflower oil powder is, as of v3.0, corn starch
