New Huel

Well had my first month or so on huel and I think it’s working towards my body goals with my training cross fit and other cardio… just orders 2 bags huel the sample flavours , banana and toffee flavour ( love the toffee) and more bars…

Try and do 2 a day huel m, bar as snack then healthy meal in eve or swap for lunch …

I have heard it is thicker well personally that’s good as I have been putting chia seeds up to now to thicken it hopefully it will make me even fuller :pray:
